DBC (SF) Consultant Checking Engineer to assist Building Control Section

Dacorum Borough Council (DBC) is tendering for a consultant checking engineer to assist the Building Control section by providing a range of services to the Councils building control section as identified in the specification. The scope of work will include both commercial and domestic building work to new build properties and extensions, loft conversions and alteration work to existing properties within the Borough.The majority of the work will be small domestic extensions, and new housing.

The consultant must be an Associate or Corporate Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers or the Institution of Civil Engineer for the staff in your company who will deliver this service. And will need to have previous experience of checking plans for building control purposes Companies who are interesting in tendering will need to have registered on our Supply Hertfordshire e-tendering portal www.supplyhertfordshire.uk , once you have registered (or if already registered) you will be able to download the tender documents.

Please submit your completed tender document via the Council's e-tendering portal no later than 12 noon 14 August 2017 . Any tender submitted either manually or by email will not be accepted.
