Tower Hamlets Floating Support Service which will assist people to develop or maintain their independence within their own homes and community, thus preventing the otherwise unnecessary use of more institutional forms of care and support or rough sleeping and homelessness.
LBTH is driven by the vision to positively contribute to improving the quality of life of vulnerable socially excluded people through the delivery of personalised preventative housing support services that have an enablement focus.
