To remove the existing RCF (refactory ceramic fibre) insulation material currently covering the supporting steel framework that forms the mezzanine floors within a 1st floor plantroom at NIBSC.

To dispose of the removed refractory fibre insulation material and any contaminated items used in its removal from the NIBSC site in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

To apply a suitable encapsulated intumescent film product to a thickness that will ensure a minimum of 60 minutes fire protection of the steel framework that forms the mezzanine floors within the 1st floor plantroom of the BSD building.
