The works will be undertaken at the International Maritime Organization (IMO) building in central London and comprises of the following elements:
- Conference Space Lighting Upgrade to LED and ceiling redecoration
- Replacement of the building's cold and raw/soft water storage tanks
- Replacement of a number of defective windows at high-level
