This brief is for a detailed energy master plan for the exploration, identification and prioritisation of 3 heat networks; across the industrial northern corridor of Ellesmere Port, Chester and industrial area of Northwich (see attached maps). There is additional work required for the Ellesmere Port Area only which is detailed within the tender documents.
