description

Paragon Community Housing Limited is an award winning provider of affordable homes and services in the South East and West London who owns and manages approximately 9,000 homes across 12 boroughs.

Paragon Community Housing Limited were seeking to identify suitable qualified and experienced contractors to deliver their programme of cyclical decorations and repairs works across their stock in Surrey and surrounding areas.

The works and services required by these contracts can include but are not restricted to:

  • The complete redecoration of all previously painted external surfaces and internal common parts to blocks and houses
  • Renewal of fascias and soffits where required (to match existing)
  • Renewal of timber canopies where required
  • Pre-paint repairs
  • Timber window repairs/renewals
  • Renewal of communal floor finishes where required

The programme will be divided into four geographical lots, each containing approximately an equal number of units. It is the Contracting Authority's intention to appoint one contractor to each lot to undertake the full scope of works covered by this contract.

Economic operators were able to express an interest in one, several or all lots. However, no contractor was awarded more than two lots. Therefore a minimum of two contractors and a maximum of four contractors were awarded the contract.

Economic operators should note that the mytenders website was used to administrate the process and submissions were only accepted electronically via the Postbox facility.
