| • | To provide a reliable and professional service in line with Homes in Sedgemoor customer service requirements to ensure that the customer does not experience a reduction in service when the main team are not working |
| • | To provide ad hoc cover as required to cover for busy periods, staff absences or training days |
| • | Homes in Sedgemoor expects our provider to work with us collaboratively and supportively, contributing to ensuring that we continuously improve our service delivery to our customers. |
