description
The scope of the Contract is the annual servicing (CP12) and responsive repairs to gas appliances at approximately 700 Walsall properties. The scope of the Contract includes the replacement of parts and occasional partial and full system replacements. The scope of the Contract also includes testing and servicing of smoke alarms, carbon monoxide monitors Resident’s own gas appliances.
The proposed duration of the Contract is 3 years with an option to extend for up to 2 additional years.

Potential Applicants wishing participate in this tender opportunity are instructed to:
