Direct Award for continuity of previous works and urgency against SBS Framework Construction Consultancy Services 2 Lot 12 (Multi-Disciplinary team and Ancillary Services)

The Scope is to develop an OBC price and RIBA stage 2 design for Phase 1 of the Trusts Development Control Plan, including the following sub-options:

1.An UCH built with additional wards above, as per DCP Phase 1.
2.An UCH built with additional wards above, as per DCP Phase 1, but built in 2 stages (UCH, followed by wards)
3.An UCH built without wards above, but with the ability to have wards built above at a future date.

Designs and prices to include all work as set out in DCP phase 1 excluding the work of the Energy Centre.

All work needs to be delivered to ensure they meet the requirements of NHSE/I at approval stage i.e. as defined in the checklists already provided by the Trust and re-attached.
