The current contract for the Carers Support Worker Service (Dementia) and Dementia Cafes will expire in March 2018.
The service specified offers a combination of group and individual support to:
| • | Carers caring for people with all levels of dementia and |
| • | Individuals experiencing low to moderate levels of dementia. |
| Group support will be delivered to both of the above client groups via a number of Dementia Cafés across the Rotherham Borough. Individual support will be offered in people's homes via telephone contact and at various locations mutually agreed with | the service user within Rotherham. |
