In order to assist dental professionals in bidding for available dental contracts, a series of Dental Procurement Awareness events are to be held. North of England Commission Support (NECS) and NHS England Cumbria and the North East are hosting a Dental Education Awareness Event.
This event is to be held in Newcastle upon Tyne on Tuesday 20th June 2017 at Waterfront 4, Gold Crest way, Newburn Riverside, NE15 8NY from 4pm until 8pm and will be facilitated by North of England Commissioning Support (NECS).
The aim of the event is to provide education and support to improve bid writing and bid submissions via the following:

| • | The procurement process |
| • | Bid writing session |
| • | Procurement and Evaluation Support regarding information governance, finance, mobilisation and business continuity (table discussions) |
