CU SHB RCR Clerk of Works - Architectural & Civils ITT

Coventry University is an evolving and innovative University with a reputation for excellence in education. Our city-centre campus is developing and evolving, and we have a significant capital investment on-going in building new and updating existing buildings.

As part of this extensive development, Coventry University is constructing a new flagship Science & Health Building (SHB) and an energy centre, which together with the refurbishment of the Richard Crossman Building will form a Health and Life Sciences quadrant of the campus.

CU now has a requirement for a Clerk of Works for Architectural and Civils for the Science and Health Building scheme and the Richard Crossman Building Refurbishment Scheme. The works commenced from March 2015 and will continue until March 2017.
