Duct Cleaning and Condition Surveys of Communal Ventilation System within 4 General Needs Housing Blocks

The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) is running a tender competition for an agreement (the Contract) for the duct cleaning and condition surveys of communal ventilation system with 4 general needs housing blocks (the Works)

The 4 Housing Blocks are

1-72 The Gouldings, Pantile Walk, Uxbridge, UB8 1LT 1-72 Fairlie House, Pantile Walk, Uxbridge, UB8 1LT 1-79 Rabbs Mill House, Chiltern View Road, UB8 2PB 1-84 Colley House, Whitehall Road, Uxbridge, UB8 2NZ

The works shall comprise of the full clean of existing ductwork within each communal duct system to a minimum TR19 and current British Standards. Contractors are to complete full condition survey including providing current air flow rates, with comparison to required rates for location. Provide detailed indication of what improvements are required to meet current Ventilation and Fire Safety Standards (the Project).
