Recommissioning diabetes services in Nottingham City
Nottingham City CCG is currently reviewing how diabetes services are delivered in Nottingham, and would like to invite stakeholders in diabetes to an event to discuss the future commissioning of diabetes services in the City.
Thursday 4 June 2015, 12pm to 4pm Crowne Plaza Hotel, Wollaton St, Nottingham NG1 5RH Lunch is included and parking is available
This event will inform a specification for the tendering of a new diabetes service model across community primary and secondary care. This “whole system” approach to commissioning will see an outcomes-based contract delivered by one lead provider over five years.
The procurement process is set to start in June / July 2015 and the information received from this event will shape the design of the new contract specification.
