description

This project aims to develop a practical framework establishing a process for detailed examination of the composition and representativeness of honey databases. The framework will be applied to assess whether a database is fit-for-purpose to answer a specific analytical question and will allow us to scrutinise non-targeted database-based methods (such as NMR) currently used for testing honey.
