School Special Resource Bases

Norfolk County Council is considering a single tender of 4 projects to deliver specialist resource bases on schools across the county (Norwich, Caister-on-Sea, Downham Market and Mundesley). The current intention is to use modern methods of construction offsite construction for a turnkey solution.

We are only seeking expressions of interest at this point and as such, no procurement documentation is available.

Once registered you will be able to see the procurement project under the tenders section and express an interest.
