The University of Salford wish to procure the services of a Principal Contractor to refurbish a 2nd floor female WC located within the Allerton building, Frederick Road Campus, Salford, M6 6PU.
The project will briefly consist of:
- Strip out of existing internal fixtures and finishes
- Associated mechanical and electrical works
- Plumbing/sanitary installations including washbasins, WC pans and hand dryers
- Installation WC cubicles, vanity and IPS ducts
- Refurbishment of ceiling, floor and wall finishes
- Demolition of an existing corridor wall
- Installation of fire rated doors
- General decorations and making good
The works will be undertaken under a JCT Minor Works Building Contract (2016 Edition)
