The Works comprise the provision of a Contractor Designed classroom block comprising two classrooms, toilets (including a disabled persons toilet), entrance area and stores, together with associated alterations to external works including demolition of an existing classroom building. It is the intention that the Council award a contract for this requirement to a single supplier.
