Date - Tender Site Visit (One visit for ALL bidders) - Wed 14/11/18 @ 10am - Non attendance at site visit will render bid as "VOID" - University will not accept risk of such time sensitive programme delivery without commitment and engagement of prospective bidders at tender site visit

Award of contract will be considered against a key list of essential requirements as follows:
Bidders - must hold CHAS certificate accreditation (The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme). Pass/Fail
New Works Dates - 7 January 2019 to 3 February 2019 - there is no flexibility on end date; staff moves commence w/c 4 Feb 2019. Ability to meet the works dates is a mandatory requirement - pass/fail.
Bidders must demonstrate case studies of similar works in similar 1960's build type, educational buildings Pass/Fail
Financial stability - please supply copies of your last two years audited accounts. Pass/Fail
Note: the above are mandatory requirements of the tender. Failure to comply with the above will result in your tender not being evaluated ie fail.
Your tender submission will be evaluated on 100% price. It will also checked to ensure that you have met all the mandatory requirements and scope of the requirement.
The work will be awarded against a JCT Minor Works Contract
It is a mandatory requirement that you attend the site visit. Please confirm your attendance through the Procurement portal.
