Cornwall Council Electoral Services require an evidence-based forecast of the local government electorate in Cornwall for March 2023. This should be presented by division, parish, parish ward and polling district. Forecasts should be accompanied by a detailed description of the forecasting method used and any assumptions made. The chosen provider will also be required to provide a range of electoral geography configurations based on 90, 80, 70 and 60 electoral divisions.
