Worcestershire County Council is advertising the opportunity to carry out extension works to The Fairfield Centre, Carnforth Drive, Worcester. WR4 9HG

The Fairfield Centre is a multi-purpose building that caters for the diverse needs of the local community in Worcester. The Service has been awarded by the Worcester City Towns Fund to fund an extension to the Fairfield Centre to contribute towards improving adult education access in the city.

The Contractor is to undertake partial demolition in order to erect a new front, single storey extension to the East of Fairfield Learning Centre. Provision of a building extension to increase the footprint of the building to incorporate a Beauty Suite next to the Hair Salon.

The Contactor is to undertake alteration and renovation works as indicated within the Tender Specification document.
