This DPS framework is primarily for Passenger Transport to Wirral Council establishments, and includes Wirral University Teaching Hospital. Wirral will act as lead Authority for this contractual agreement. This contract is for a range of transport defined in contract Lots. The contract is for a period of 3 year plus an option to extend for a further 1 year.
