GSV1844 - Provision of Serials Subscription Agent

The libraries of the House of Commons and House of Lords, which provide expert advice and resources to support parliamentarians, is seeking a supplier to provide access to a wide range of print and electronic periodicals, journals and magazines. The appointed contractor will be required to provide a proactive and timely service encompassing all aspects of serials supply and delivery for the requested titles; including placement of new subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, supply of missing or back issues if required and payments to publishers.
