description
Following the results of a condition survey Test Valley Borough Council would like to engage with a contractor to complete works to refurbish its two 5 a side astroturf pitches located Knightwood Leisure Centre.
Alongside the replacement of the playing surface, repairs to the existing fence and floodlights, which will be retained, are required.
A full specification for the project has been developed with an FA approved consultant and makes reference to the FA’s guide to 3G football turf pitch design principles and layouts. This and all associated drawings, plans and surveys can be found within the tender pack.
The work should be completed by the 17th July 2015, to coincide with schools summer holidays.
