PROGRAMME RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Establish and manage the stakeholder analysis process (often in the form of workshops), and co-ordinate the development of the management strategy.

Manage the stakeholder relationship with workstream leads, setting out the most appropriate communication channel for each stakeholder group and reporting progress regularly.

Utilise and develop planning activities (strategy, analysis and profile) to develop a stakeholder engagement plan with appropriate lead times for various communication channels.

Lead engagement activity with an assigned caseload of relationships to act as a single point of contact. Collaborate across the programme to ensure relationship activities are reflected in the programme plan.

Partner with workstream leads to identify and assign resources to deliver the engagement plan.

Capture and analyse stakeholder feedback to challenge the programme, amend plans and provide focus on critical delivery points.

Ensure and commit to individual and organisational learning and talent development in order to enhance organisational capability.
