description
The Contract is for supply and installation of replacement kitchens and bathrooms (including wet rooms in some circumstances) together with associated repair works to various occupied properties located within the boundaries of Arun District Council. All works carried out as part of this Contract shall be governed by the JCT Intermediate Form of Contract 2011. The anticipated budget for year 2015/16 works is £400,000 - £500,000, however works will be dependent upon the Client obtaining budget approval.
