The completion of the design and construction and of a new build eight storey reinforced concrete frame residential development of 25 dwellings for general needs rent and commercial shell and core facility on the ground floor together with the whole of infrastructure works, complete with all services, associated external works and connection to mains drainage and service mains, all generally as shown on the Planning and subsequent Design Drawings.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
