Winter Maintenance Services

The Contractor shall provide the Trust with the following services at Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Rothwell Road, Kettering, Northants, NN16 8UZ, Trafalgar Road Car Park, Trafalgar Road, Kettering, Northants, NN16 8DD, Robinson Way Car Park, Robinson Way, Telford Way Industrial Estate, Kettering, Northants, NN16 8PT, Nene Park Out Patients Clinic, Attley Way, Irthlingborough, Northants, NN9 5GF.

The supply of road gritters, mechanical spreading equipment and rock salt for the purposes of:

• a)The spreading of rock salt by mechanical spreading equipment over access roads, car parks areas, service roads, delivery areas, delivery yards, loading areas and all other applicable areas of Kettering General Hospital Foundation Trust that is appropriate for the area.

• b)The spreading of heavy salt by mechanical spreading equipment as directed in advance by the Trust.

• c)The checking and restocking of the Salt/Grit bins at all specified locations. Stock levels to be maintained high in preparation for impending winter season

Additional information: The Authority is using the Pro Contract/Due North e-tendering portal to conduct the procurement process ("the e-tendering Portal"). All communication (including Expressions of Interest (EOI) and submission of quotes) should be carried out via the e-Tendering Portal.
