The purchase, receipt, haulage and treatment of bulked source separated and co-mingled dry recyclate from the named North Yorkshire waste collection authorities; Hambleton District Council, Harrogate Borough Council. Craven District Council and Richmonshire District Council. The Estimated Annual Contract Value for each Lot is based on current market conditions. Clearly, as this is a procurement involving a commodities market, prices may go up or down according to supply and demand. Negative values in respect of Lot 6A and 6C indicate an anticipated payment to the Council.
