The Council wishes to complete an independent business review on Travel Lodge Dudley Town Centre on Economic Overview, assessment of rental Assessment of rental affordability with shadow P&Ls, supply and pipeline analysis, ERV analysis, Alternative brands and operators and re letting potential, Consideration of alternative value enhancing operating structures e.g., Franchise Agreement, Alternative Use Considerations, SWOT Analysis.
Additional information: This contract is a closed contract due to specialist advise already given, The contract is procurement in line with Council Standing Order and the doctrine of Prior Engagement will apply only this occasion.
