Summary of Requirements / Description of Work: Ship brokerage services. The Authority has a requirement to undertake a procurement process to award a Single Supplier Framework Agreement to a Ship Brokerage for Ship Broker Support. This procurement process is being undertaken by the Defence Fuels Acquisition Programme (DFAP) Team on behalf of the Authority who require the ability to have access to current shipping market intelligence; ship chartering expertise; available charter shipping in the different sectors (ship sizes and cargoes) and access to ship owners. Additionally, the Authority requires the agility to respond to new requirements in a flexible and proactive way by accessing options in the market place in a swift and decisive manner in order to secure available shipping in a timely fashion. This procurement process falls in accordance with Defence Security Procurement Contract Regulations (DSPCR) 2011, however the estimated value falls below the threshold value and is therefore is being undertaken outside of the regulations.
