West Sussex County Council has a Statutory Duty to ensure regular surveys are undertaken to determine the condition of public highways within the County of West Sussex. West Sussex County Council is seeking a Service Provider (the "Service Provider") to undertake such services as described in Document 2: The Service Specification.
The tender will be split into the following lots:
| • | Lot 1: Highway Inventory Data Collection |
| • | Lot 2: Coarse Visual Inspection (CVI) Survey of Unclassified 'D' roads and all Roundabouts |
| • | Lot 3: Scanner Survey of A, B and C Roads |
| • | Lot 4: Footway Maintenance Survey |
| • | Lot 5: SCRIM Survey and Site Investigations |
Contracts will be awarded on a lot-by-lot basis to the highest scoring bidder for each lot.
Contracts will be awarded for an initial term of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year.
