The University of Warwick is seeking tenders for the grant of a concession to operate a premium High Street (recognised) Casual Dining Concept from our newly refurbished, expanded and upgraded Arts Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to operate out of an excellent venue that inspires people through the arts, culture, entertainment and learning. Located in the very heart of our vibrant campus Warwick Arts Centre is one of the largest multi-art form venues in the UK, delivering a high quality, engaging, diverse programme of performing and visual arts. Warwick Arts Centre is also currently undergoing major building works, which will result in three new cinemas, a new gallery, and new retail outlets.

The concession will be for a term of 5 years from the date of contract commencement.
