Ice Cream and Slush Concessions 2022 - 2023

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is inviting tender submissions from responsible and suitable operators to trade ice cream, slush, candy floss, confectionary and soft drinks only at a number of designated locations across Sandwell Valley Country Park and on Dartmouth Park play area. Designated locations are listed in the specification.

Term of Contract

The concession will be for a one (1) year period commencing 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023 with an option to extend for a further 12 months.

Value of Contract

Operators will provide a cost for the concessions and price will be awarded on the bidder whose proposal represents the highest bid.

Payment Concession Fees

Payment Concession Fees will remain fixed for the first 12 months of the contract. Making 2 payments per financial year. However, if the concession is extended for a further 12 months, a meeting with the Sandwell Valley Management Team and the successful operator will be held.

Appointment of Service Provider

To appoint a single provider for the provision of the Ice cream and Slush Concessions 2022-2023.
