Market Consultation - Community Safety Case Management Application

Portsmouth City Council's (PCC) Community Safety Team would like to investigate the market of Case Management Applications specifically focussing on the management of Anti-Social Behaviour and enforcement cases. The current setup consists of multiple databases, applications & spreadsheets. There is a need to look at an integrated system that serves the needs of all the Community Safety team, and offers improved workflow and task management, together with a single, holistic view of ASB data.

We recognise the experience and innovation that suppliers can bring to these services. As such PCC would welcome your organisation's market information, which will be used to enable PCC to draw up a high-quality specification that meets the needs of local authority housing and its residents.

Attached is a questionnaire for your completion. Please complete the sections that relate to the services that you provide.

Subject to the response PCC may wish to engage with you further in an informal discussion. This is purely a market consultation and is in no way an indication of the selection of your organisation or a guarantee of future work. Organisations participating in the market consultation will not have any advantage over organisations who do not participate in this process. Additional information: Portsmouth City Council plan to go out to tender for a Community Safety Case Management Application. Prior to this we would like to consult with the market and interested providers. Any information provided could be used to assist in drafting the final specification and tender documents.
