ESPH SB York House Buildings Consultant (ESPH162A)

12/13 York Buildings is a 4 storey Grade II Listed building located in Hastings Town Centre and owned by Hastings Borough Council.

The objective of this contract is delivery of an on time and on budget design and build project to convert the building to 6 flats for use as self-contained living accommodation.

The Council are looking to procure the services of an Architect led Multi-Disciplinary Team which is to include the following professional services and disciplines:

• Accurate measured dimensioned building survey and drawing production;
• Conservation/Building Architectural services;
• Structural Engineering;
• Structural and Building Surveying;
• Mechanical & Electrical Services Engineering;
• Quantity Surveying/Cost Consultant services; and
• Project Management services.

This team will complete the necessary survey, measurement and drawing production and develop designs under the direction of the client to RIBA stage 4 (Technical Design) and once accepted by the client, obtain the necessary statutory consents, tender the works and progress and manage the project through stages 5, 6 and 7 (Construction, Handover & Close Out, In Use).
