To meet the requirements of the new Practitioner Level for the Diplomatic Academy, we need to deliver a new training package based on blended learning. A curriculum and learning objectives for a new human rights module have been developed using the previous training programme as a starting point and updating this from the 2015 Learning Needs Analysis.
