Soft Market Testing - Home Safety Visits

Citizen Housing are seeking views through a soft market testing exercise in relation to a forthcoming procurement exercise to procure domestic compliance / safety services / home safety visits to our stock.

Interested providers are invited to respond to the soft market testing information which can be accessed via the provided URL. The completed soft market testing questionnaire should be completed no later than 12 Noon on 9th June 2023. Citizen reserves the right to hold further soft market testing meetings for interested organisations that respond to the soft market testing to further support this exercise. Please note that Citizen retains sole discretion as to which (if any) interested organisations it will invite to soft market testing meetings.

This is not a formal tender opportunity and there is no guarantee of any tender opportunity arising following this period of soft market testing.
