Homes England - Demolition Contract for Axbridge Road, Cheddar

Demolition works comprising general site clearance comprising: tree removal; demolition of above ground buildings and structures; removal and offsite disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs); removal of hardstanding ground slabs, underground foundations; and the construction of the bat barn as mitigation for the loss of bat roosts within the existing buildings.
