description
Birmingham City Council (the Council) requires a supplier for the provision of well-being sessions to support the Council's Finance and Governance Directorate's employee support week commencing 24th May.
The Finance and Governance directorate will be promoting a week of engagement and personal investment into health and well-being across its teams and colleagues. We wish to engage a partner to deliver a series of taster sessions and meetings, all online within existing government guidance and city council working arrangements. No in-person or venue-based sessions are required. These sessions will need to be fully inclusive and accessible, be non-faith and available for those to unable to attend in a live environment.
The Finance and Governance Directorate consists of over 1,000 employees and is particularly diverse, including senior officers and frontline staff with the cleaning and catering service covering areas of specialisms.
The requirement is for 15 live interactive sessions across 5 days covering a variety of well-being topics and / or taster sessions of up to 1 hour maximum. The spread of these sessions to include one lunchtime event each day with the remainder to be confirmed with the successful tenderer.
