FRAMEWORK FOR CERAMIC TILING INSTALLATION WORKS

The scope of this Framework includes:

• Third party support to supplement the in-house servicing team. Includes Ceramic Tiling of residential properties within the South Tyneside Homes, South Tyneside Borough estate circa 16500 homes also to include some commercial, industrial buildings;
• Provision of an emergency call-out Tiling service again supplementing the in-house team

Any agreement entered into will be governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
