TEC Partnership - Immersive and Virtual Reality Spaces Design & Build 2023

We require a complete immersive / virtual reality solution designing and implementing into four existing rooms, one at each of the colleges listed below, within the TEC Partnership. Each room is of different dimensions, so a site visit is required to each college to survey the rooms and to ask any questions. Attached to this document are the four rooms plans for each college. Please note that these plans are just an idea of where we would like the walls. It is up to the surveyor to accurately measure each room for design and costings.

The immersive / virtual reality space in each room will be built by the supplier. We require a 270? space with three walls and appropriate flooring to create the immersive interactive experience. The virtual reality equipment must fit within the same space thus creating a hybrid solution. All four rooms must use the same equipment and technology, so they are fully compatible and consistent.
