The Authority published an opportunity notice for this Shoebury Medical Centre (Human Centred Design) and following an Invitation to Quote exercise conducted by NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (MSE ICB) referred to in this notice as "the Authority" to identify a suitably qualified provider to support in the development of some service operating model options for the Shoebury Livewell Hub and support the development of Outline Business Case. The Authority aims to have the service commence on the 20th March 2023, for a period of 3 months, with an option to extend by a further 3 months (6 months total). The aggregate contract value inclusive of all extensions is £90,000.00 exc. VAT. NHS MSE ICB seeks a suitably qualified provider to deliver human-centred design to support in the development of operating service model options which will be included in the Outline Business Case for the Shoebury Livewell Hub. The successful provider will work with staff, existing patients, residents, the local community, and partner organisations to understand the local need and bring your design expertise to help create the set of service model options. The key deliverables will be: 1. Development of a co-designed operating service model options for the new Shoebury Livewell Hub which will include an: a. Understanding of the population needs b. Understanding existing services and current sites from which those service operate and existing costs c. Agreement of core services to be delivered from the site, including a modern primary care offer and additional developments and benefits of those additional options d. Understanding use and flow of the space to help inform costings for the next stage of the business case 2. Contribute to the development of an Outline Business Case and any public consultation/engagement. The work of developing a number of service model options will provide a rich source of information to feed into the development of the outline business case. The deadline to respond to this opportunity was 16th January 2023.
