MARKET ENGAGEMENT DAY - 31ST JANUARY 2018 - Case Management System

Suppliers are invited to a MARKET ENGAGEMENT DAY - 31ST JANUARY 2018. The Council is looking to engage with suppliers to obtain a clear understanding of the solutions and suppliers that are in market and the budget required helping them deliver the modernisation and harmonisation of a BMBC Enterprise Case Management System. An integrated case management system is at the forefront of achieving the council's goals of joint working between directorates to become one Council. The current systems in place are fit for use but the need for a more multi-disciplinary approach is becoming more common place with an increased demand in information sharing to promote the safeguarding of the most vulnerable residents of Barnsley. The Council has a business unit with an immediate need for a Case Management System and would like to be a pilot for this project. The communities' directorate provides multiple services promoting the preventative side of social care therefore reaching a variety of customers borough-wide for a range of services all with different levels of need.
