Coventry City Council is seeking to procure a main contractor to deliver the improvement / restoration works at St Mary's Guildhall, Coventry.
The main works the contractor will be require to carry out include;
- oConservation works to existing Guildhall
- oRestoration of the medieval kitchen
- oA new kitchen to the rear of the building
- oA new reception area where visitors will be welcomed to the building and where the visitor journey will commence
