Project Details: An extension and refurbishment works to Wootton Community and Sports Centre, Curtlee Hill, Wootton, Northampton.
Approximately 300m2 of extension to the Community Centre, together with associated refurbishment and external works.
To be Tendered late February 2020.
Programmed Commencement May 2020 with Completion December 2020
