HfH are seeking to appoint a competent, experienced Roofing Contractor to carry out the Scope of Works detailed in section 2 - ITT Document and Price Matrix on a Composite "All in Rate" basis. There is also a Schedule of Recognised Agreed Variation items within the Price Matrix that is due to varying frequency of occurrence sit outside the Composite Rates.
