Rochford District Council are looking for a Contractor to carry out their Responsive Building Maintenance contract, to cover all elements of general building, carpentry, plumbing and electrical works for the buildings owned by the Council.
The contract is to be for 4 years.
Closing date is 12noon Thursday 24th March, with a start date of 1st April 2016.
