The University employees approximately 2500 employees predominantly based within the West Midlands region in Walsall, Wolverhampton and Telford. A very small number of staff are based overseas. The University is seeking to contract with an EAP supplier to deliver an effective EAP service to the University’s employees; however use of the service will not be mandatory.
Pass/Fail requirements are as follows:
| • | Accreditation to ISO 9001-2008 ( a quality management standard for all procedures and policies including EAP service elements) |
| • | Accreditation to ISO 27001 – 2005 (an information security management standard) |
| • | Accredited membership of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) and of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) accredited counselling service |
| • | An extensive, UK-wide affiliate network of EAP and specialist practitioners |
| • | Please confirm you satisfy ALL criteria in section 5 of the scope and specification |
