Norfolk County Council is re-opening the Framework Agreement for the provision of Home Support Services in Norfolk. The Framework Agreement is used to arrange both individual packages and multiple packages of care. The Council will work with successful providers to optimise efficiency and reduce unmet need wherever possible. The expectation is that successful providers will work collaboratively to facilitate this.
